Grief Support:

Healing Hearts is an adult informative grief support ministry.  Our mission is to provide guidance, direction, and compassion to parishioners grieving the death of a loved one. By supplying the tools necessary to help the griever understand the process of grief and mourning, participants experience significant healing.

Through an Archdiocese approved, 12-week program based on “Understanding Your Grief, Ten Essential Touchstones For Finding Hope and Healing Your Heart”, by Dr. Alan Wolfelt, they are able to once again rediscover joy, peace, and love in their lives. More importantly, they find great comfort in sharing the pain of their personal loss in a safe environment.  And, as a result, have grief buddies as caring companions moving forward.
